If you would like to cancel your plan, you can do so once the 12-month contract period has ended. To cancel, we will need 30 days of notice.

Can I move from one plan to the next?

Yes, we would be happy to help you navigate and change your plan if needed. When changing your plan, we will require 30-days of notice.

What happens if I cancel after 12 months?

Once the 12-month contract period has ended, you will have the option to cancel your plan if you wish. If you choose to cancel after 12 months, we will require 30 days of notice.

Please note that once you have cancelled your plan, the IMP Digital team will no longer be updating or maintaining the website with current promotions, product updates or new information. Your plan includes a variety of paid services that will no longer be covered once the website has been transferred.
