Along with many skills and years of experience, Rebecca brings with her an education in English Language and Literature from Brock University and Event Planning and Meeting Management at Centennial College. Rebecca always knew that her future was in the customer service industry, which is why she jumped in with both feet right once her education was complete.
Nine years later, her experience in customer service brought her to IMP Digital. She brings superior customer service skills, an attention to every little detail and multi-tasking on multi-systems to ensure the best course of success for each client, whether it’s through email blasts, lead generating, social media or more. Rebecca’s attention to detail, customer service skills and strong ability to multi task enables her to guide clients toward success throughout their digital marketing endeavors.
In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling and keeping up with her dog Jack.
