With an education in English Language and Literature at Brock University and Event Planning and Meeting Management at Centennial College, Rebecca knew her future was in the customer service industry and jumped in with both feet right after school.
Nine years later, her vast customer service experience brought her to IMP’s door. She brings superior customer service skills, an attention to every little detail and multi-tasking on multi-systems to ensure the best course of success for each client, whether it’s through email blasts, lead generating, social media or more.
In her spare time, Rebecca likes to hang out with friends and family, doing hot yoga, traveling, and keeping up with her two adorable dogs (Jack the Portuguese Waterdog Poodle and Oscar the Pekingese Shih Tzu.
